The HS Select team coaching staff is excited to offer a skills and conditioning session once a week during the Fall/Winter season! These sessions will provide players with the opportunity to develop technical skills that are harder to work on in a traditional practice setting. Players will register and pay per session. Coaches will adapt the practices to the personnel that are registered.
